Fitness Class

Our Fitness Class is an interval workout that moves between fast & slow intensity dance moves to increase your heart rate and cardiovascular endurance. Every Tuesday and Thursday starting at 9AM Nuestra Clase de Ejercício es entrenamiento de intervalo. Se mueve entre movimientos de baile de intensidad rápida y lenta para aumentar su frecuencia cadríaca y aumentar la resistencia cardiovascular.
